Russia's Role in the War in Ukraine

Russia has been deliberately escalatory within Ukraine, but they have not broadened that to NATO. They are slowly trying to pull on the mechanisms legally in Russia to direct more funds and reduce red tape to the defense industry. So there's only so much that it can do. But that being said, it's still a defense base that's intact. It's not being destroyed and targeted.
