Make sure that you get enough sleep, and stop multi tasking. When you multitask, you end up wasting 28 % of your day. If i'm getting less than seven hours asleep, i am not able to show up as the best jeff woods as possible next day. I have an ap on my phone that i use, and i track my sleep. So if this is you, then you are off the hook. You are like every one else. But now my goal is to bring value to you by making you simply aware of it.
