How to Be a Successful Mentor

There's obviously a difference there between coach and mentor. Do you have a background in both? Everybody I would say in their career generally helps somebody at some point, whether if it is that aspect of a senior designer maybe a more junior designer, getting mentorship and vice. The thing to pay attention to then becomes the sense of like cadence, right? So a lot of these mentoring platforms that exist out there are this aspect of being like, oh yeah, sign up for it one 30 minute session with me. And then it's like, okay, how valuable is that for the actual, like for both people, it's been specifically the person who's seeking that mentorship.
