You've got to be defensive of your own time otherwise as we've all experienced you can just be in meetings all day and not really achieve anything. David: How do you convince the team that you're technically competent to lead them when you join as a leader into a new team? Hugo: In a healthy team you just played the chat being like sorry I've got to go interesting meeting but I've gotto go and just leave that meeting.
