The Last Swedish Soldiers
The last swedish soldiers didn't leave german soil until 16 54. The thing about the soldiers wandering across germany was that they could simply not be supplied effectively. Communications were awful, thoug the importance of logistics. So as not that soldiers were necessarily always let loose on the populationo wat wallenstein's army in particular, were accused of great atrocities and there were clearly many. It's more that armies brought with them plague. They brought displacement, villages, crowding into cities where they could not be fed and were more vulnerable to plague.
