How to Recover From Climbing Injury

The common problem with many climbers is just too much training too much climbing and too little rest. The collagen-based structures in the fingers begin to break down and you experience one of those tweaks and in a worst case a rupture so yeah planning out your training and engaging in rest days is very very important. You don't want to train the exact same thing two days in a row or campus train for power or two consecutive days that's just not a productive thing to do, will likely lead you to injury.
