Baldwin was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year. Baldwin's lawyers issued a joint statement celebrating the news yesterday saying quote, we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident. A spokesperson for the DA's office declined to comment on the matter but Hannah Gutierrez read that the film's armorer who loaded the gun is still on the hook. She faces one charge of involuntary manslaughter in the case.
