How I Got Where I Am Today
Grant is the director of foresight at Arup. He studied interaction design in London and then went to the Royal College of Art. His studio Strange Telemetry was with Georgina Voss, Justin Pickardie and Maisie Bostrom. They were all social scientists but we did speculative design for policy making. We had the paradoxical problem of writing a very rigorous five-year plan without really knowing what it would achieve. It's been an incredible journey so far as I've tried everything that came my way.
