Pfizer is raising $31 billion in a debt offering, and it'll be the fourth largest deal of like a corporate deal like that ever. The interest rate that Pfizer is going to pay is 4.75%, which is about a one and a quarter percent over the 10 year treasury rate right now. It really goes to show how interest rates have an effect on stock prices in the market.
