The British Museum Act - You Can't Return the Tabets

The last time ethiopia made a formal request for the return of the tabots was three years ago, in 20 19. The museum has been under pressure on all sides to start restitution. It is not possible to engage directly in an ongoing, informal discussion with external contributors on points of museum governmants. We will not therefore be able to engage in further detailed cor pondence with you or your client about this matter.
