For me, it is kick off. Every single kick off of every game. I'm always calm, and i just feel like, oh, this is going to be just whatever. And then it's just looking at ta clock and wondering, wheni this so cant be over. It's how england have started matches. I think it takes them a while to settle into match, from what i've seen so far. We haven't had an opposition yet that's really tested or punished that.
