Is There a Devoycing of Vowels in Some Places?

The syllable structures are not terribly complicated in Sondawi. They don't talk about it a lot, but there are various kinds of vowel contraction that happen. There is some devoycing of vowels in some places without the underskneath circles for. I forget what that underneath circle means.
