Is There a Difference Between a Therapeutic and a Morally Challenged Friendship?

I'm not that I don't do a lot of stereotypically guy kind of friendship things like go and do things with friends. And one characteristic they say of introverts is that you have fewer friends, but your friendships are deeper or more intense. A party will exhaust you, but a long one on one conversation will energize you.
