I've been an high level athlete my whole life and never like gotten actually sick from a work. So I'm like vomiting, delirious things like that, which was very strange for me. And I just kind of like dusted myself off and like sat in my lounge chair for five hours for three to three hours. Like just dust yourself off and keep going. You're getting over 2016 and and the waking up just thinking about it and you're going into the 2017 season.
