The Last Project That We Did Right Before We Sold Our House
All the bedrooms with new paint, all of the floors in hardwood, the front porch completely revamped. The house was already paid off at this point, so any extra a money that we spent, we waited until after it was paid off. We did bead board on the ceiling and some pretty light fixtures, and totally transformed that space. All in, probably around ninet six thousand dollars with the original purchase price of the home.
