What Are Some of the Basics of Communication?

Munication, cool and unication are just a few of the key words to get people talking about their work. If you're working with millennials or 20-somethings it can be hard for them to understand your way of doing things. You have to read the room - find out who is open to different ways of communicating. Be willing to accept that some things will take longer than others in order to reach an agreement on what needs to be done. It's not always easy but if you keep at it then eventually they'll come around. The most important thing is being able to say 'i'm sorry' when something goes wrong.
