The total amount of energy coming in from the diet is there. There's also the need for vitamin C because that particular vitamin is used in the building blocks, I guess, of that collagen structure. If we're not having that at that time or if we're deficient in that particular vitamin, then that whole process I mentioned before might not happen. It's been a research coming out over the last three to five years, so it's becoming more and more popular now.
