In the bible, both psalm 19 and romans one connect our knowledge of god to our knowledge of the created world. See the heavens or creation, they show us god. The thing is that our heavens are very different from the heavens and the creation in the days of the psalmist and the days of paul. We talk in terms of light years and distances and things thata tha that boggle the imagination. They are not just beautiful, ther incomprehensible.
