Look at your competitors, it's going to be the easiest way to see how you can differentiate yourself. A meaninglessmeaningless design like the gico geko is a much more effective way than one that has nothing to do with car insurance whatsoever. Always keep in mind that most important buyers for your brand are not paying attention to you enough to ever perceive any sort of differentiation. They're simply buying you because you're familiar.
