What Is Going on With the Spy Balloon?

There's a lot of fear mongering going on regarding the balloon. What it looks like is that there are four balloons that were shot down. And the first one appears to be a Chinese balloon. So we can see that now they're saying that the spy balloon is now beginning of a nuclear fear campaign from China.
