The Federal Reserve Board Finalizes Updates Concerning Debit Card Transactions

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday finalize updates to the Board's rule concerning debit card transactions. The final rule will be effective July 1, 2023. That's approximately when their new payment system is going to go into effect.
