In the cases that have gone to trial, which is just four right now, they've won two jury convictions on felony charges. And then in two bench trials, where a judge makes the entire decision, they've actually not fared so well - but it's only because his one judge has presided over both of those trials. The judge agreed to acquit one defendant entirely and give a partial acquittal to a second one. That's going to be problematic if other judges adopt that theory. But he does seem to be on an island, this judge, right now.
