I think it can be very easy to understand not moving quickly, right? Like not hustling all the time is not moving at all. And I want to tell her to extend some grace as she continues to change the ideology of what work should be. It's going to take some time to become accustomed to those norms. That is humility, recognizing that about yourself so that you won't be a shitty manager to someone else. But I absolutely understand why she feels the way that she does.
