Is There Still a Relevance Position for Engineers?
The airline industry are famous for the longivity of their systems. If you have your fortieth service anniversary person, and they've been working on main frames their entire career, is there still a relevant position for them to do that? Or do you need to effectively change what some people work on as you make this transformation? I think that the nature of the work changes a little bit. The pandemic has re shaped how we work. And an large part where we work, has the engineering effectiveness worko led to an ability for people to continue in a way that they might not have been able to fora larger company if they hadn't made transformations beforehand.
