What's the Difference Between TensorFlow and TF Lite?

There are so many terms that overlap, I would love to get a clearer definition and delineation between them. So TensorFlow is both a training as well as an inference product and it runs typically server side. TF Lite is the mobile offering of TensorFlow. It currently does not do on-device training. And then something we haven't brought up as well, but we've talked about in terms of new features in Android 11 release is NNAPI.
