How to Be a Successful Leader

Leadership is based on a relatively small amount of people understanding authority and control. In my view, if you're working out who's going to get the blame when it all goes wrong then you're not really engaged with the important stuff. I think leadership is really about the ability of someone to galvanize a group towards the pursuit of greatness.
