You go in the chat GPT and say please determine my writing style from the following. It'll then start spitting things out like describing your tone, your speaking style, etc. Then if you agree with the result that it gave you, I would definitely copy and paste that result into an external doc or whatever so that you can refer to it later when you want to write something.
