Judd Belegger got a call from Universal Casting Office in New York. They were looking for a fast talking Jewish lawyer. Spielberg was 22 and doing Jaws at the time. He said, "Can you do it? I'm very excited about it" The two men never met but he says his first words to him were: "I know you're a little guy."
