Is Elon Musk Getting Rid of the Bots?

Elon Musk tweeted that no one wants the job who can actually keep Twitter alive. Could he be shutting Twitter down? I, there's no way he already spent other people's money to buy Twitter. They want their money back. And right now, Twitter isn't making as much money as it needs to make in order to pay those people back immediately.
