The Effects of Positive Pressure Ventilation on Blood Pressure
If we're expecting hypotension, we should already be addressing that. So I don't know if you said if the patient was already on a presser, something you may want to consider titrating up or obviously push those pressers as well for that period of intubation phase. The other thing that's interesting about this one is when you have a patient who's already on bipap or CPAP, you're getting a little sneak at to what they look like on positive pressure ventilation. And then yeah, and then just starting the levofed drip right away.
