What's Your Take on Interest Rates?

Interest rates are the one thing that i think people are overlooking. Almost all banks have raised their fd rates you're seeing good returns and dead mutual funds The government bonds that used to yield was 5 and 6% now yielding 7.5 8%. We will actually see interest rates go down even in the 10 year boy government bond 2% lower from here which is huge from a yield perspective.
