The Importance of Pain Management in Surgery

I would just say that pain is very prevalent very disrupted and patients have very different expectations of what they are going to feel after surgery. We educate the patients as much as possible before surgery but even in the post-op period or post trauma period to tell them I can't take your pain to zero we need to be safe.
