How to Remove Friction From Your Bookkeeping Process
As a bookkeeper, I'm hesitant to give my clients hassle because I want to be viewed as no hassle. So then to introduce this big short term hassle and asking to switch banks is hard for me sometimes. But the way I try to sell it is, look, you're going to be working with a bookkeeper for the rest of the time you own a business. It may not be me, but the next bookkeeper, if they're worth anything to you, will want you to remove as much friction as possible from the bookkeeping process.
