Is the Christian Faith a Historical Religion?
Christianity is a historical religion in a very special sense that the truth of it depends upon certain things having happened in history. If these happenings didn't take place, then the religion isn't worth anything. So the real issue as to the truth of christianity is simply whether the claims about jesus christ are valid historically. And valid historically means have enough probability evidence going for them to be accepted. How much would be enough? The answer to this is not an infinite amount of evidence, because, as we've already said, you can't demand that of anything.
