Hippocrates, i know, the hyppocratic oath. There's some weird stuff about ancient greek society. And you're right, there were a lots of nots things going on in ancient Greeks. Hippocrates indeed was the guy who rationalized medicine. The mirroris what we kno medicine to be to day,. A kind of bench side art, bedside art, if he will. Soye, sounds good. So so far, so good. But how did this look?

A deeply embedded idea in our culture is the sexist notion that men are the “default” human, and women the unknowable “other". Nowhere is this more visible than in the history of medicine, with disastrous consequences for women’s’ health.
