In the beginning stages, there's an emphasis on exterior purifications. As you move into this kind of proficient, you're starting to see aspects of like interior virtues take center stage. There's that constant quietening in a sense, where you're entering in and allowing the interior to be purified. You know, it's a sense of interior peace.
