I think that having a highly cosmetic appearance is a look. And it's a choice and some people want to look like that. Even when I got my breast augmentation, like I chose a surgeon specifically that did a more natural look. Another friend of mine chose a really enhanced cosmetic look, because that is legitimately what she wanted. People just have different levels of comfort of what they think is appropriate to change your appearance. But I also think it's unreasonable to say, never get any cosmetic surgeries ever.
