We knew that to get to new platform was going to be a nine to 12 month program gives us time to plant the seeds and start to let customers know things are going to be different so all of those were the pieces. We decided with we had an increased price for our customers for a while but they weren't huge so we were able to deal with that as well. I think there's a number of pieces there of it's never it's kind of that plan of how are you going to take customers through this change and how would you feel as a customer if this was happening to you.
