Hishi was the prime minister of Japan from May 19 60 to november 19 60. During his tenure in office, he would end up solidifying the post war system that would govern japan. He had ap ation as an arrogant and haughty leader, taking whit the press referred to as col shise,. A high posture to any one who opposed him.
