The Food Culture of Romania

One of my favorite places to stay up there is sort of an accidental open air museum. It's both a hotel with a few different structures to be in but it's a sort of accidental open airuseum of houses that are 200 years old. So you get to live in history which is still very much just the walls around you as you move through Romania. We can check off all the famous sites, but what's the food like? You just had breakfast this morning.
