There was a vote yesterday into the majority rules for passing the articles into the constitution. And they decided by more than a two third majority, to decide everything by a simple majority. So now the rules of engagement of the convention will be decided by a simplemajority. The right wing coalition is marginal and isa push to a corner, says Alde camilasory.
