Designing in a Small Company

To exist as a designer in a smaller company, you have to be braziliant and flexible. My own series inside ban has been where a lot of my growth came from this year. We've made a change to the org structure slightly at converke based on me being inspired by the episodes. There's also things like thinking of the marketing web side as a product.
