The term magic, if you're talking to a more traditional indian, doesn't actually translate over correctly. The conceptual framework of what magic is is so engrained into the society. There are so many different schools and traditions. If we look at what the vadix are doing that we would call magic, it's very different than what the tantrics are doing in calling magic.
