The average and the healthy range for adults was 80 milligrams per deciliter to 120. Now that we have continuous glucose monitors available to the healthy population, not just patients with diabetes,. We're able to really look at athletes that people with and who care very much about metabolic health. What we want is a tighter range. Optimal would be somewhere between 20 and 30 milligramsper deciliter in change.
