All four of my grandparents, like living grandparents, am, died in successive years. Am andi tried to do that in everything this week, moderate,. but, ike, it seems to me like that process of going through tragedy and really grieving it is part of what makes it possible for you to feel and act on compassion. I think i have quite a lot of faith in allowing crying to happen. And then the accepting as is the heartbreakm, ye, she describes heartbreak as sort of this this vehicle to being touched by other peopleor by what's going on with other people.
