Is There a Culturally Responsive Mindset in Supervisors?

Unconscious bias is the building block of racist action. If we don't really delve in intentionally around building a culturally responsive mindset, we're not talking about cultural competence. And supervisors are the ones who build that in young clinicians. It's our responsibility. That's how social change happens when we become more aware and clinicians are key to that.
