A Sense of Naivete

Naivite is sort of having a sense of pureness around things, and not having a lot of vices playing in the process. And that seems to serve as a moral compass in seeing, hearing, meeting others at the level of their humanity. So it helps us overcome inner critic that often tells stories to us. Also for us, by the way, unso bias is not always a bad thing.

Control is the opposite of caring. And a caring mindset is one of the most important things a leader can possess. In a caring workplace, workers experience lower absenteeism, less burnout and more productive teamwork.

“When we carry a mindset of control, we tend to shrink in our capacity, because we are likely to disconnect from our emotions, so we avoid what's happening with us and what may be happening with other people.
