Even the patients in the relatively unfavorable arm still have a meaningful possibility of a good long-term outcome five-year progression-free survival in the mid-teens. So what would you see using this forward to actually change management? I think there are at least three possibilities, including additional local interventions like surgery or potentially RFA or radiofrequency ablation. And so can we use our prognostic classification tool to select those patients that are most likely to benefit from systemic therapies?"
