The Importance of Having a North Star
I feel sometimes at Maker, it feels more competitive. Even though everyone is in theory working towards the same goal, maybe at Maker Dolls North Star is not always clear to everyone. And so far, I guess also because North Star was fairly small compared to Maker Doll, it works quite well. Everyone is mostly aligned. And if there are conflicts, they are being dealt with. But again, like I don't want to judge Maker Doll. I'm a fan of Maker Doll and I also see that they are starting to have again, like a more clear plan of how to move forward. Which I also contribute to new leaders emerging out of the organization.
