Do We Need More or Less Art?
Art is about revealing the truth, stands at odds with sense that there is a state of emergency requiring us to put down everything and take up arms. The artist who is looking for the perfect word or turn of phrase is going to have to make alliances with the suicidal influencers if we're to get anywhere. I know that art at its best, art ispoth, makes you think, and and is an instance of the beautiful. To say so, but i think tat the beautiful, whether it's the beauty of nature or the beauty of art, is a reason to live, really.
